Dix ans / Design. 10 ans d’acquisitions du Cercle Design

The Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris created the Design 20/21 Circle in 2012 to reinforce its contemporary design acquisition policy with passionate collector, Caroline Jollès, as its ambassador. The museum has long-standing relationships with creators, galleries, collectors, and publishers that have allowed it to enrich its collections through donations. In response to a rapidly expanding design market, the museum created the club to allow for the acquisition of major works. The Circle brings together design enthusiasts and collectors to develop the museum's collections and engage its members in the museum's life through gallery visits and collector exchanges. Since its creation, acquisitions have continuously enriched the design collection.
